Shipping and Delivery

Books

As we are a small business and independent creators, our books are printed on demand by Lulu.com, a print-on-demand company. The WoWL Agency therefore does not store any physical books for shipping (as yet!). Any books purchased from our online store will need to be printed and bound before they are shipped to you.

Therefore, there is a set lead time from when you place the order to the time they are shipped and arrive to you (and depending where the books are shipped from).

The books are produced at Lulu.com's print facilities across the world (in either France, Poland, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States) and are then shipped products globally. 

The estimated production time for all printed book is 3-5 business days. Once ready, the books will be shipped out according to the shipping option you select during checkout which is determined by your location.

Delivery

We are offering FREE delivery on select, standard shipping options across all regions. All other express delivery options will include the assigned delivery costs.
